Craft Night in Montpelier: Birthday Moon Phase Painting

Craft Night in Montpelier is a chance to come hang out with friends, sip on cozy beverages, and work on simple, pretty crafts together! When you invite friends, you all get $5 off :)

This month, we’re making birthday moon phase paintings! (Or, any significant date in your life, just tell us at checkout.) We’ll use online calculators to figure out what the night sky looked like on the night and location where you were born. We’ll make you a customized moon stencil and step you through the rest.

We’ll show you how to use a combination of acrylic painting techniques, as well as layer multiple coats of paint and pearlized finish, to achieve a highly personalized work of art.

This event is BYOB. We’ll have a selection of teas and coffee; folks should feel free to bring in their own spirited drinks to sip and share.
