Vermont Landscape Painting for Beginners
Come learn the art of acrylic painting, blending, and transforming!
Landscape painter, and Montpelier resident, Kari Meyer is joining us at the studio to guide us as we paint a Vermont landscape on reclaimed wood. Kari’s style is realistic with a touch of impressionism (her work is currently on display at The Skinny Pancake!)
Kari strongly believes that painting is not about perfection and there’s no such thing as a mistake in art. With the use of acrylic paints and reclaimed wood as your canvas, Kari will touch on color theory, aesthetics, the art of seeing and creating what you feel rather than only what you see, and creating a subject matter within an image. Come embrace your inner child through playfulness and let go of overthinking. Everyone will go home with your own Vermont landscape painting!
As always, when you sign up with a friend, you’ll each get $5 off. Just use the code CRAFTNIGHT at checkout.
