Intro to Bullet Journaling: Organizing To-Do Lists, Schedules, and Thoughts All in One Notebook (January)
Have you been struggling to find a way to stay organized and unplug from your phone?
Local photographer (and mother) Lily Landes will be in the studio to teach us the Bullet Journal ("Bujo") system, an analog method to track the past, organize the present, and plan for the future by combining a planner, journal, and task manager into one personalized notebook. The Bujo system was originally designed for creatives and people with ADHD, but bullet journaling can be immensely helpful for anyone trying to spend less time on their phones and feel grounded by an analog system that helps organize their lives.
This workshop will show you how to set up your bullet journal, offer tips and best practices to get the most out of it, and will guide you in adapting the system to your individual needs for productivity, mindfulness, and goal setting. ,
In our second class (and after a week of at-home practice!), we’ll discuss how to tailor the bullet journal to your specific needs: whether for creative or work projects, personal organization, or habit tracking. Explore how bullet journaling fosters self-awareness, helps manage mental clutter, and provides a space for reflection and achieving goals. This class is perfect for those looking to gain clarity in their daily lives!
Students will need to bring a blank notebook. We’ll have a full assortment of colored pens, markers, washi tape, clips and other accessories available to help you craft your individualized bullet journal.
We’ll also make the night cozy with an assortment of teas. Crafting is also always better with a friend — let us know who you’ll be coming with at check out and use code CRAFTNIGHT to each receive $5 off!
