For (incoming) grades 3-8
It turns out, pretty much anything can be turned into a bluetooth speaker! In this half day, week long camp, local toy designer Ben Bearsch will guide students as they build a bluetooth speaker.
Children will have a variety of enclosures to choose from, or can opt to use our laser cutter to create a truly one of a kind design. (Children are also welcome to bring in their own object to turn into a speaker!) From there, they will learn how to connect the circuitry, switches, plugs, and speakers, and finally get the music flowing.
